  We had a wonderful experience yesterday at T-Mobile in Fernley. Sully was very helpful in switching our 2 phone and tablets from Verizon. His knowledge of the product and the service was impressive. He also hooked us up with 2 SyncUp's for our cars, and I got a smart watch. The team was very pleasant to work with. If anyone is looking to move or upgrade, give them a chance. I highly recommend them

  The staff at this location are amazing! Jim the store manager was great, he did whatever he could do to get us the best deal so we'd be able to switch cell service to T Mobile. Mandy was our representative and she was nice and helpful and even stayed past the time she got off to ensure she did the most for our family. We are all so happy with the new phones and acsessories we got. So glad we made the switch to T Mobile. They truly make you feel like part of the family. :)
